Taken into custody by small woman, uncertain of how. Confined to small room with other prisoners who can offer no better explanation of the powers the put us here. Most have the look of criminals. Important to establish image right off; broken arms of greatest contender should get the message across. Torn between fatcat 'demon' and leather-clad harlot. Hurm.
This Mun is trying to dissect me. Most critical points at the moment seem to consist of possible sounds I make. Pointless. Hold out no hope for Nite Owl - unlike prison, the entry to this room is small. Even if he can get in, retirement has made him too flabby to escape without lubrication or amputation.
Incompetence gives me hope I will escape by nightfall.
