I will not be misrepresented. If you find that your words fail you, you are to cease in your attempts until such time as they return, lest you present a false version of me. You are to study my words until they become your own.

I expect nothing less. You are fully aware of that, and I care not if your lack of focus stands in the way of that expression. You have been given a solution and I expect you to abide by it. There are things far more important than your own faults. No less than the entire universe hinges on my actions, and I will not tolerate any flaws in that plan.

Exactly. The burden of emotions is what drives us away from peace. All causes of war--hatred, mistrust, greed, ignorance--they are all emotions. Those things that cause us to turn our backs to the greater good, that distract us in our tiny lives--such as compassion, love, happiness--those things that blind us are emotions.

Without emotions, there would be no suffering. There would be no violence, no strife. Yet it is impossible to tear emotions away from all that exist now. That is why I must create a new world, where such things will never exist.

I have not made a speech in some time, despite her knowing full well that I speak my full thoughts until I have spoken every syllable of them. Additionally, the full grandeur of my words has gone, and she does nothing to amend that again despite knowing that it is in error.

So he was lying after all. I assumed as much. Any being who claims emotionlessness yet in the same breath longs for such things has what it seeks. If he had truly been emotionless, there may be an element of curiosity, yet there would be no such thing as longing.
