I heard parts of Ukiyo got destroyed. Is this true?

[Nods.] They did. A bunch of the houses are in bad shape, and the pagoda in the center of town is totally destroyed.

No. But I might be heading there as well. If so, I'd rather be hopeful about the situation than miserably kicking and screaming.

No, Nannai is fine. Kawabari in our district looks pretty bad, though.

As far as I know, no one we know was hurt.

I don't know, I wouldn't have been all that upset if the Tradesman or some of the house owners got hurt.
