painfully new, and oh so very homeless

Mundane, is it?

[Begin the rapid, hyperactive talking.]

While the lack of confidence in some of your activities is from your observed behavior clearly an ingrained tendency -- I have to say, my opinion, in this case, is to concur with your line of thinking: you do need more practice and to give yourself a wider pool to draw from points of reference. Not just with my 'voice', as you call it, but also to familiarize yourself with my history in a proper chronological fashion. It's going to be hard to choose a canon point or establish any coherent pattern of behavior if you're not even entirely sure what happens when. Also, you could stand to brush up a little on your vocabulary. I am, after all, an expert in multiple scientific fields, and while that might not be strictly necessary to pass yourself off as me, there is only so much you can get away with by 'winging it'.

[He pauses, to slow down, draw a breath and look more worried.]

Also, I have to comment that I find it rather unsettling you've grown notably more interested in playing me immediately after hearing one of your online companions has a character I could encounter in some of these memes. Or, rather, I'm mainly concerned because of the nature this other individual seems to possess, and the kind of interactions you seem to be planning on me having with him.

I...know it's common for most people to use the term 'torture' not as literally as I'm used to encountering it in my work, but I'm pretty sure that here you mean it in all seriousness.
