Well when I said let's go on an adventure, can't say this is what I had in mind. So where d'you say I was going again? Anatole? And Coram isn't coming? But how am I going to get back? I like adventures but not one that I don't make of my own choosing. I'm a knight now, and I thought the point of adventures is going wherever you please?

..Did you just say the Duke is coming along? [her face starts to scrunch up, the beginnings of a very angry expression]

I suppose you'll have to have someone there to tell the people not to be afraid of you. It's unlikely your brother'll have time, with an entire knew world of knowledge to explore.

[more of that silvery laughter] I suppose children would know best, since imagination is their realm. Perhaps little old me just simply cannot compare anymore.

And goodness, who taught you to change subjects? I suppose one awkward turn deserves another, though, since I have no satisfying answer for you. My home has neither name nor fame; I would almost ask you to put it out of your mind. I barely spare it a thought myself, save for how pitiful it is.
