Quite wonderful, the things these mundanes are capable of. Do you not agree?

It is a world full of danger. The undead haunt much of the world, and monsters lurk around every corner.

You sharpen your skills or eventually one or the other will take your life. You then become an undead yourself, turn hollow and simply prey upon the living like any other mindless creature.

Living for battle and dying for battle is an equally hollow life.

How can you stand it?

[Sanzo lives his days knowing there could be a fight around every corner, but even then, he still lives. This is why he gets upset thinking about soldiers.]

In fact were I not so indebted to my Mundane for this gift, I would ignore his request to abstain from killing you right now, because he believes he could not allow me to "kill such a bro". Whatever a bro is.
