Apping at ataraxion
So it's decided, then? I'll be taking a little sabbatical in space. Well, it'll be a nice break from my usual duties. I'm sure I've earned at least a little bit of time off, for my years of good service.
With any luck, maybe some more of my kid's little friends will end up there, too. After all, without wannabe-heros to mess with, the day gets downright boring. Oh well. Shame I can't bring my gear, though. I guess beggars can't be choosers.
...Hm. You know what? [Stopping for a moment, he looks in a nearby mirror.] You're absolutely right. I guess I do look pretty good for 55.
