Dearest Mundane,

I am pleased you've been so lenient to me so far, even going far as to shielding away from those awful deaths on screen. I suppose I should be grateful that you've been respecting my sanity... for now. The other girls whisper to me that you aren't always this way. I do have one question, mundane.

Is this truly freedom? Ever since I can remember, I've been restrained, dehumanized, ridiculed, and held in a small place. But here... I am able to do what I please. To an extent. I feel conflicted about this "freedom"; Altaïr's word seem contrary to that. And Roxas was stabbed by some sort of shape shifter- we should be humbled those weren't ruin. I was told to breathe easy and to do something for myself for a change. Something out of the routine.

What exactly would that be, mundane? For you, it's drawing or writing with me. I don't have something to write about yet the drawing, it won't be the same as Rutledge or Houndsditch, will it?

These are simple things, and it frustrates me I don't have the easy answers to them.
