Well if you want my advice, [although he accepted this begrudgingly] perhaps you can build a device. A device that can take from the tufts that won't chop down the trees and do it productively.

We're kind of doing that already? Hand plucking tufts from the trees with extendable mechanical arms. I'm perfectly happy with this method, slow as it is, since it keeps my promise. My family however, is not.

Well, just think about it like this: If you get taken from just before you make a decision one way or the other you can ask other people in the game you go to for advice about what you should do. Some outside perspective and opinions can't hurt, and then you can consider them before you decide for good when you go back.
