[He was more than a little suspicious since she knew of Captain Picard, even though Worf was now serving aboard DS9. He was still a loyal member of the Enterprise and had risen in rank through the seven years he served there. This woman seemed rather headstrong and there was something about her that made Worf uneasy.]

If you are referring to this place then I do agree. It is most....unsettling. People here are often arrogant and ignorant. I do not believe they are honourable in anyway, aside from gaining things for themselves. This world is like living aboard a Ferengi ship.
