[She rolls her eyes and turns away slightly, a flick of a finger from under folded arms sending an irritating spark of static electricity his way.]

When she turns slightly he lunges though, and he's on her in less than a second, fangs sinking into her neck, arms around her, keeping her arms down to keep her from being able to struggle easily.

Her blood is disgusting, but she's interesting, so he'll tolerate it.]

Mundanes do seem to go at their own pace and do as they like. I hear that what you're dreading has come to pass, but it's not on you. It is on your mundane.

Her hand goes for her staff as she sees him begin to lunge, but he's on her before she can cast anything. All she has is the leverage from her staff itself, trying to press one of the points into his skin, or at least drive him off with the painful bite of freezing cold metal.]

I see you're talking to another of my mundane's muses, one who is the least pleasant one I've had to deal with in a while, so I understand how talking to someone even slightly reasonable would be a welcome change of pace.

[She strikes the ground with the butt of her staff, her hands glowing blue, and a wave of frost pushes at Ferid, trying to force him away. If he's unlucky it may encase him in ice.]
