You've got a lot of work to do, though. I"ve been enjoying my time off, at least. No more drama, no need to have to talk - well to people I don't like that is.

I guess no harm could come from peeking around a little bit. I can't be the only one.

What's it called again? OH, yeah. X-Men. Well, how am I supposed to know? I ain't one.

Yessir. At least, not by choice. My girl got some stuff she had to handle before she could get back into the swing of anything.

I'll be honest. I kind of miss some of it in a way,like her.

Better to take care of business now then have it come back as a problem later! My mun just recently got back into 'roleplaying' as she calls it - about a month ago, actually.

I'm her newest 'muse' and I've been very happy about it, ja!

It'll be a month soon for mine too. She kinda stopped for school, but she's been writing none stop with all her "muses" [She makes air quotes with clawed fingers] to keep her mind busy when she isn't doing essays.

It is always good to have something to relax the mind! [He snickers at the air quotes.] Mine just needs to learn that sleep is important.

[Kurt is narrowing his eyes at his mun and huffing.]

[she gives a short laugh] Must be something in common with all of them.

I can relate some with that though. Must be a student thing, too.

They get distracted and forget the essentials in life.

I've missed sleep before, though the exhaustion is what finally settles in.

Hell yeah, they do. Worse than little kids somethings.

Hmm... Yeah. Ya can't avoid it, huh?

Right? I mean, I'm supposed to be the teenager.

It's hard to avoid when you have schoolwork that needs to be done.

Yeah, it is! Imagine when you start college. It is never ending!

[There's an exasperated sigh at that.] That won't be too far off, I'm sure ...

[she gives him a smile with the tips of her fangs showing slightly, and pats his shoulder.] I think you will be fine. You get used to it, anyways.

[He perks at the hand on his shoulder, his own fang-filled grin appearing now.] After a while, it would all fall into place!

Exactly. You just have to work at it.

Besides, if we can survive in our world we'll do well in almost everything. [she gives a smug raise of her chin]

And I've got no problem with diligence.

[His grin widens, tail flicking excitedly behind him.] You are an X-Man then? What sort of powers do you have?

Hmmm, no. Not an X-Men. Just - a mutant. [she holds up her clawed finger nails. They are obviously well taken care of. Neatly filed and shiny.]

Just another feral. Why? Are you an X-Men?

[shadowblends]

That's completely fine, too! [He tips his head to the side and leans a bit closer to examine her nails, brilliantly colored eyes wide with curiosity.]

Another feral? Oh, ja! I just recently joined them!

You did? [she allows him to examine her nails. Let's be honest - she's very proud of them]

How'd you go about doing that?

I didn't say there was. I know about them. Not part of them, but know of them.

Ja, ja! [In a rather hesitant manner, he reaches out to gently take her hand, still looking the sharp points over.]

I was rescued by a fellow mutant and taken to Professor Xavier's school in America.

Good. Not everybody feels the same way... but we do all right.

[she allows him, not at all bothered by the touch, smiling at him.]

Really? Were they a feral too, or like you? Or somethin' completely different?

No ones perfect. At least they try. Are you one?

[Once he's sure that he's thoroughly examined her claws, Kurt releases her hand and takes a step back to allow her the personal space most people prefer.]
