I understand that you have been nervous. You are correct. It won't be easy. However, I am not quite the task master you're expecting. You've already done plenty of research, as your constant editing of the journal illustrates. Admittedly, you could stand to listen to my last work a little less. Stop worrying about my voice and let me talk.

We do need to discuss that advertisement you posted. I can understand why you would hope for Colonel Moran. I can even understand why you would hope to attract an Athelney Jones. Stop whining. The state of your heart is not relevant.

Why, pray tell, did you attempt to attract the Doctor's companions?

Of course I don't want to 'chat'. Molly is lovely, and Irene plays a fine game. We (yes, we) have attracted a fine Moran to my side. The rest of them, the ordinary people, are hardly worth my time.

If you're that concerned, then perhaps you should invest in one of those... what do they call them? Ah, yes. A game. A pan-fandom game? I'm sure you'll figure it out.
