Was it really necessary to bring in this... tow-headed juvenile who claims to be me, or an alternate version of me from some... parallel universe or an earlier timeline, given the bespoke suit. We couldn't be any more un-alike, even if we share a common goal.

We are not - and I insist - sharing a lab. We can barely tolerate the sight of each other, why would we even be able to collaborate? Whatever possessed you when you brought him in?!

Also, while the theories presented by that absurd 'biography' might fit that bleached out tyke, they don't fit me. I might have my ...moments of whimsy, but never to the excesses he descends into.

And much as it amuses you - and him - I would slit my own throat before ending up as the office manager to some black market organ peddler, who seems to have helped himself to some of my techniques. No more cracks about me 'ending up as a morbid doodle'. I mean it.
