It's gettin to be that time again. Ya know what time I'm talkin bout, mun. Kinda wonder if I'll start seein any of 'em around now? Would be nice. Can't help but wonder if they've all forgotten bout me now? If they've found some where nice, safe and just moved on?

Sometimes that's just for the best, the forgettin and all. I just want 'em all to be safe. I also know that ain't easy but it's them. They got each other, I'm thankful for that.

We all do. [ Her tone is even. She's aware of the girl's change in body language. Some things just don't change, probably with good reason. Her weight shifts a little almost daring to take a step closer. Almost. ]

But it doesn't matter what people want. [ it sure didn't for her. ]

They don't forget cause they "want" to. They forget cause they gotta. Sure your group has tried to move on just as mine has. Just tryin to keep survivin cause that's what ya gotta do.
