She certainly appeared out of nowhere with her glowing green eyes and strange blue sphere- actually it resembled a closed eye- that hovered around her. Likewise the cords that were connected to it floated loosely around her and connected at her ankles.

"Here you go~" She held the candy out to him. "Birthdays are really really special Mister. Especially for humans since you don't live that long."
