You see something once and you immediately feel inclined to pick up some aspect of it? Well, whatever inspires you to keep your mind focused and working. But yet I feel as though you will need for it to be released in some other medium other than in the theaters.

You know, so that you can see it more than once and say, "Oh, I would enjoy jumping on board of that." But really, do what you want, you do live in the Free World after all.

...Oh, you're already looking somewhere to place me? And you're thinking of making a reserve for me there? Well now, you truly are more spontaneous than you seem to realize.

Well then, you certainly seem more supportive of this endeavor than most tend to be.

If it grants me an imeasurable amount of opportunity, then should I act any other way?

That depends on the opportunity, does it not? As much as there are opportunities for happiness and interesting things here, there is just as much opportunity for....unpleasantries. Which I must say these scribes seem to enjoy over all else.

Oh but isn't it always just everywhere? For instance, I would consider this to be quite a pleasant opportunity.

And quite a pleasing spice it is, when mixed with the right ingredients.

Never been big on the cooking front in the literal sense but I'm all about spicing it up where life is concerned.

[solothief]

Who's speaking on literal terms, for instance, I think that I just may have spotted the most rare and priceless spice of all.

Well now, this particular spice comes in the form of a very fine, very beautiful form of powder. Colorful and tempting to the eyes, with perhaps just a bit of a powerful bite to it.

Sounds tasty. Then again the things with bite usually are. Or so I've heard.

[solothief]

Well then would you care to find out?

I'm always up for an adventure, especially when the company is easy on the eye.

[solothief]

It makes me glad to see that we're so very like-minded.

[He gives her a charming smile in turn.] Shall we then, miss....

Definitely makes things more fun.

*That smile is something else and she returns it with a smile of her own that's a little softer than her usual smirk.* Faith. Just Faith. And you?

Solo. Napoleon Solo. It's a pleasure to have made your acquaintance, Faith.

Very James Bond. I like it. Just so we're clear though, this little adventure isn't going to end with any Waterloo moments, right? You don't seem like you're suffering from an inferiority complex but you can't blame a girl for double checking.

[solothief]

Once I move in, I expect nothing less than total victory. If I suffer any defeats along the way, it would be to ensure that you remember the overwhelming victories more clearly.

*And this time she does smirk. Full on.* Only problem with that plan is I don't like losing, so why don't we stick to the total victory part of things since I'm going to go out on a limb and assume we're going to be on the same side here.

[solothief]

[And that smile remains, he is the epitome of calm and cool.] You most certainly assume correct. Likewise, I do so hate to displease a lady, especially when she has high hopes for me.

*It's not usually her style but she figures what the hell and takes the arm offered to her. Variety didn't leave a bad taste in her mouth.* All yours, handsome.

[And he promptly whisks her away! Spending a good time with a beautiful girl is more than enough of a good time in his books.] Very well, is there anywhere the lady would like to go first?

Anne Boleyn. Though simply 'Anne' will do if it pleases you.

*Faith has seen a million and one things in her life and line of work so there's nothing really jumping out at her. Except her curiosity. What she wants to see more than anything is what tricks Mr. Solo has up his sleeve.* What's your favorite place? Let's start there.

[Well now this is quite a surprise. But he doesn't miss a beat.]

It's quite the pleasure to make your acquaintance Anne. Though I must ask, is their a connection with your name and that of Queen Anne Bolyen of history?

[solothief]

[A magician never reveals all his secrets, thieves are likewise the same.] I must confess that I'm quite fond of art museums.

Indeed - that is one aspect of this place. 'Alternate universes' the scribes call it. I have the capacity to be both the true Anne Boleyn, Queen of England, second wife of Henry VIII, as well as a modern version that you see now.

It makes things more interesting - more versatile, if you will.

*Faith groans at that. Enough time spent with Giles ensured that there would never be any particular love for museums.* Now that's where we'll have to beg to differ. Never did understand the appeal.

I'll admit I most likely view them slightly different than most. [As in, a lot different, as in, he sees dollar signs in them.]

Versatility does make things interesting. But just what do you do in these modern times? Are you still queen?

*An eyebrow goes up at that answer because now her curiosity is piqued.* Okay, I'll bite. What's the difference?

There are few queens anymore, so no. For my modern self, my scribe has elected to conjure a backstory that my father was a high-ranking politician. It was the closest thing she could make work.

My scribe even got an alternate universe in her head after watching a James Bond film where she made me a 00-agent. Silly indeed! But it just goes to show how pretty much anything can happen here.

[solothief]

Still as beautiful as the stories make you out to be. If I may, your portraits do you no justice.

Perhaps it is silly, but something tells me that you would make an excellent agent, perhaps even better than Bond.

[solothief]

Hm, someone may just see a painting, however I see both an important piece of history, and the opportunity for profit.

Quite the flatterer, Mr. Solo. Are you always so charming when in the presence of women?

You're very kind to say so, thank you! At least my scribe tried to keep my skill set at least partially accurate and true to who I am.

[solothief]

I just can't help myself, it's quite a curse of mine.

And who would you say that you truly are?

A curse indeed. [She gives a little roll of her eyes but smiles all the same.]

Hmm...who am I? ...I'm Anne. The same fearless falcon that graces my family crest. I will be heard, I will not be tossed aside as some weakling without a voice.

[solothief]

Is that who you wish to be, or who you need to be?

[She pauses, considering his question.]

...Neither. It's who I am.

[solothief]

Quite accepting about where life places you then I see. Very admirable.

For the moment, yes, I'm fortunate to have no complaints.

[solothief]

I can only hope your happiness lasts then.
