There's something kind of wrong about making someone choose between themselves and an older version of themselves. It's almost like some weird sense of seniority I should be following like at a job or school or something except with... myself.
... Okay, I've never had to ever consider how I would handle this. I mean, beyond speculating what we would do if we met with ourselves from a parallel universe. And that was all talk about whether we would have goatees or not, nothing about older versions of ourselves and whether we would let them go to some game or go ourselves.
Though considering the kinds of games I've seen you put her in and everything she's gone through with you? I think I might just let seniority win this time. Yeah, the more I think about it, the better that sounds.
So do I give her a handshake now or would that make some kind of tear in space and time? I'm just checking.
