Besides Lloyd, you don't exactly die from muscle atrophy. At least, not the muscle atrophy you're talking about; which would be disuse atrophy. It's a just disease with you lose a proportional amount of muscle mass causing it to be harmful to your body; this happens if you don't use them in a long period of time. In most cases you can get it back by exercise and eating plenty of nutrition; which you do enough. Muscle Atrophy usually takes place in people who have been bedridden for weeks, injuries, or have had a stroke. Also, she only asks you to study one-two hours a day.

I'm in two games, and they both seem pretty safe to me! I haven't even had to fight anywhere near as many monsters as we do back in our world. Other than the fact that I'm stuck in them, they're both pretty fun. I don't even have to go to school!

Neither one's completely safe, but I'm not sure a world like that exists. Maybe your mun could check them out! One of them is vatheon and the other is somarium. Some of our friends are in both places!
