[Considering his canon has a villain with a mostly-dark design who lurks in shadows, he's not intimidated. Call it an acquired immunity.] We've all tried glaring them into submission. It, well, it doesn't work. But if you can get them to focus on someone else, that'll do it, usually.

A new angle...

[Well that shouldn't be too difficult. It can be said each member of the bat family has to find a different way of doing things to get the job done. We can't all be Batman after all no matter how much Cassandra tries. She rubs her chin thoughtfully and starts looking around for an exit. Of course that's not happening either]

If I could keep working in a new place...that may be enough.
