Y'know, if that grant went through, we could've invented a thing that made the Chinese do this for you. But no, they just had to go in a different direction because "safety concerns," all because two motherboards accidentally exploded and fifteen people accidentally lost their limbs. Bet Impossible could lose half a dozen orphans in a mineshaft and he wouldn't get so much as a senate hearing.
