[ He can't blame them... he'd mostly like to be taller, though. Tall and ugly, he'll take it. ]

I think my favorite's anything with too much cheese on it. [ He's surprised a guy like this would even talk to him and a little bit wary. ]

Fabian, my dear friend. [ he offers a hand ] Perhaps praise is not the appropriate word for what I receive, but what of you. What does such a handsome man have to shy from?

Well I hope you don't care for squid pizza! Though, if cooked right that even could be good. I mean, really what doesn't taste good on pizza?

[He offers a warm smile. It isn't in Blaine's nature to be mean or rude to anyone, ever.]

I'm sure you get plenty of praise, Fabian. Don't worry about that! My- my name's Kenny. [ He shakes the offered hand and then lets out a nervous chuckle. ]

Handsome? Nah. I'm short, I'm getting chubby. Covered in freckles. I'm not handsome.

Squid pizza doesn't sound too great! I'm not a... a fish person. [ Kenny prefers meat or cheese on his pizza. He returns the smile with something resembling a smile of his own. ]

T-that's a real nice shirt you're wearing.

[ There's a small chuckle ] I think that is my judgment to make, my fine stranger. And if I could give you any wisedoms so early in our knowing of one another, it would be to not subscribe yourself toward social understandings of beauty. It's boring and wrong.
