While I appreciate your fondness for me, I have to ask what I did to merit you sending me to such a place? Well, yes it is interesting and I am thankful to have met my grandson...

[Granted, he's still having a hard time imagining that he is a father, let alone a grandfather, but that's a discussion for another time.]

Also, yes I am grateful that you have yet to kill me. I know that shall change in the future, but for now I am relieved. Personally, having experienced death once, I would rather you not kill me at all, though I know it is unavoidable. But still, for now, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

[Now what is it about this man's scent that smells familiar to him? He can't place it. Standing as straight as a four-legged creature can, Iggy barks in attempt to speak with him. He knows his real voice can never reach a human, but he does it anyways. Just don't tell him he's trying, because he's NOT.]

[Jonathan naturally likes dogs, but there is something very different about his one's stance, though what it is he can't say.]

Hey there little fella. Is there anything I can help you with?

[Iggy sniffs the air in his direction as the young man responds back. He seems to be a friendly one and this dog can't hate a lover of his kind. Walking towards him, he lifts a paw up in the air and reaches it towards him. More barks follow.]

(You smell! Your scent is annoying somehow.)

[If he could understand dog speak, Jonathan would apologize for that. But for now, he cautious reaches over to touch his paw.]

You seem like a pretty smart fellow.

Well it's more a matter of establishing a good relationship...

[And a very subtle way of saying "Please, please, please don't kill me! I have a wife and child! Really!"]

[When his paw is touched by the large hand, Iggy feels a jolt go through his body. His eyes lock on with his face and he studies it intently to try to find his answers.

It then hits him who he is reminded of. With a wag of his tail, he uses his free paw to touch his leg several times.]

(You look like that old man and his grandson. Not like I can tell you properly with this language barrier.

[It wasn't fair. Iggy understood his words. He called him smart which was true, he was the top dog of the whole world.]

[He paused as the dog seemed to become nervous.]

Have I done something to offend you?

[Because of Danny, Jonathan had learned to assume that most dogs had an intelligence to them not unlike that humans.]

It's a shame we can't understand each other. It would make this much easier.

[Why does this man seem ... familiar? Kakyoin swears he's never met him before, but there's this ... aura about him that really contradicts that.

In an effort to not be rude, Kakyoin decides to avoid staring and instead comment on what this man has just said. Maybe the feeling he's having is a mistake -- it wouldn't be the first time that's happened.]

Considering I hadn't even known I had a son, the grandfather thing is a bit... well unbelievable. It's one of those time travel things though. Or something to that effect.
