[Zazu looks up, staring at what is obviously a walking, talking tree. He's quite certain that perching on a sentient tree would not be a very good decision in the least.]
Hasty?
XD, tell me if I'm off? I'm still getting his voice dow.
Hoom, hom. Always running and chattering about, these small creatures are. Making decisions without fully considering all the facts and events that affect them.
[He slowly lowers himself to look at the human. Not much, because the body of a tree was not very flexible. But enough to make his face fully visible.]
Humans often seem very hasty to me. Well, it has been a long time since I've talked to them much. Very few humans have much interest in speaking to the trees. Ho, hum, but this human mun creature makes decisions far too auickly.
An Ent never makes a decision quickly and without understanding everything. Once we have all the information, then we may make a decision very quickly indeed.
Well, hate to say it, big guy, but the average human may be blessed with seventy years of life. Don't know about giant talking trees, but there you have it.
Yeah, I got it, I'm young. The human race is young, I get that. But we don't have as much time to live as other things, so we have to do what we can in the time we do have.
