I do. I've performed almost all procedures on my own, except for one - which was for a set of twins.

I can do almost anything. Making your neck long would be a bit more complicated, but shark teeth and horns? Easy.

I think I can manage that. ( actually she knows she can handle it. the neck part might be a bit complicated, but she'd find a way to make it work. )

It usually depends on the procedure I'm doing, in your case though, but in your case I think I can give you a discount.
