Okay, Mun. It's been over a year since I've been out of commission - memes notwithstanding. Your life's in order, work's gotten a lot less crazy...

So, let's do something! I don't care if you go with me or

hawkfire, (since we're technically still the same person, the universe's continuity around us getting weird not withstanding) but either way, find me a place and let's get playing! I've been cooped up long enough and I'm itching for an adventure.

I'm guessing based on your enthusiasm to enter a game that you don't know the nature of some of 'em. Not all groups are the sort of adventures you're used to. Trust me, you'll wanna bug your mun to let you have a say in the decision.

Yeah and who would go to the Hunger Games one by choice? Certain villains, sure, but otherwise you gotta be crazy. But muns are weird. Good thing you get a say.

I got stuck in a painful situation game-wise. Not like the Hunger Games kinda painful... more like my mun has a bad sense of humor. [Sigh.]

I still have my own name. [He sounds just a little "defensive" about the subject. He glances aside as he mumbles out the rest of his response.]

...My cutie mark is a physics symbol for 'faster than the speed of light' and a lightning bolt.

I'm sorry. I really shouldn't find that as funny as I do.

I know mine's got boys are Ruby City, and they're trying to grow batcast... pretty sure you'd be welcome there. If you're wanting to avoid PTSD, though, the Barge wouldn't suit.

I've dodged the game bullet -- well, in the Dreamwidth format, anyway -- so far, and I like it that way.

I'm a strong girl. There're versions of me that have been beaten within an inch of their lives and still came out bright, shiny, and...functional.

If a little...angry...at first.

Of that I have no doubt. But the barge sort of chews people up and spits out the seeds. It's like Gotham like that. Which is why Gothamites make up around 6% of the population of a multi-cast boat.

....They would, wouldn't they? Gothamites dig the dark, no matter how much they say they want things to be bright and sunny.

Two-Face, Earth 3's Joker, Babs, and Stephanie Brown, and David Cain. There's been others in the past: Tim, Dick, Bruce himself. A version of me.

We're just sort of made to live hip-deep in shit, I guess.

Gotham's good at creating those who can withstand a lot of that darkness and negativity.

I mean. Can you imagine someone like Beast Boy being able to come out of that without a host of mental issues?

Doubt you'd find it so funny if you were sent to mylittlejamjar. Everypon- [whoops slip of tongue] Everyone is turned into ponies! Or dragons. Or animals.

It's not like the locals are bad news but I've been stuck there for over a year now and I really reaaaallly miss having fingers!

It's weird but somehow the hooves on the ponies there still manage to work like hands would. You brush your own mane with your own hoof- it's as if you have ghost fingers. I've been trying to make sense of it since I arrived there but the whole world breaks the laws of physics.
