Yes, that as well. Matthew is...I 'pose you could say my half-brother, or something to that effect. Not as close to him as Alfred.

A chunk of my territory was once New France, but I'm afraid you'd have to worry more about Spain; quite a bit of my land was New Spain once upon a time.
