looking, looking...

I guess there's one good thing about being a 'muse' (we both know how silly it is to call me that, the real Muses are my great-great.. can't-remember-how-many-greats granddaughters), and that's that my cycle is paused perpetually here. Dying every year does get tiresome, as is being very young.

[ here he picks at a scrape on his jaw, scuffing dirty sneakers absently against the ground. ]

.. You coulda' picked a better time to pause me, though. Fall, maybe. I'm a proper age, then. Still, I'm here, I'm this age, what're you gonna' do about it? 'Cause the only game around I've seen with family in it's pretty gross. [ ick face. ] Not real sure you'd wanna' put me there. Not unless you wanted to get my cycle going again, maybe adjusted it a little.. I could do late teens through fiftyish, maybe. That'd be all right.
