Well, they do say to be careful what you wish for.

You wanted to know, and so did I. We got what we wanted, and it was never going to be pretty. So moving forward is the only option. It was the only option there was ever going to be.

I'm not going to drop it, obviously, but there are always going to be other problems that need attending to and I'm not going to let them slip just because of... well, you know.

So basically, one step at a time. I'm good for it, and I know you are too.

We were worried about that for awhile. The truth isn't any better but we're still human.

Never particularly bought in to the robot theory on this end. But the truth is still more than a little startling. And horrifying.

It shows the lengths SHIELD will go, which makes me wonder why we're so important. We're just one agent. Sitwell could do our job. Why us?
