Lonely, yes. Upset, yes. When your routine is so grossly interrupted for so long...
But foolish does not belong, and you know you are making a mountain out of a molehill. They likely saw it as nothing more than a random encounter, it is only you making it more dramatic than it needs to be.
As for the log, since that keeps coming around as well, you know they will understand if you'd rather wait and discuss plot with the others before tagging. ... You wonder my feelings on it? I think you know those already.
