Long overdue for a Voice test methinks.

A week, Mundane.

Almost an entire week and you've done what with me?

...And I thought Ben and Kevin were lazy. Sure you went and made this account for me, But don't you think you should have come up with some kind of plan by now? You could even throw me around those memebox places if you're that desperate for some kind of action.

There's plenty you could be doing rather than sitting on my account and waiting for something or someone to come around and make some kind of conversation with me.

Mun's are traditionally apathetic unless inspired .

I can't imagine why they aren't more inspired by you though.

You've got that right. I'm pretty much everything my mun really enjoys in a character, Plus there's the whole red head thing... yeah, she really likes that.

I know once she finds some kind of inspiration though, she'll probably find something worthwhile for me to do.

That's the spirit.

And hopefully it won't just be memes. It would be a crime to waste talent like yours and not use it to save at least one of these worlds.

Not going to happen.

Unless applications magically vanish from all planes of existence, it's not going to be a possibility.

Well, letting you get some talk time here is still some kind of a start, right? It's better than absolutely nothing at all.

[sigh] poor girl. Well I know at least Mirage_Universe doesn't have any applications. But it's also basically a sandbox. Not a very swift moving plot.

Ambition can be a curse sometimes.

There's at least two games she'd like to give a try to, but one she's already had one application sent back to her with revisions which has totally discouraged her and the other one has a slightly more difficult application...

Infact I think that's the one you're at as well as a few other of her friend's characters are.

I think she's starting to believe she's just not cut out for this anymore.

These games...in a sense they are based around art. Taking art that is loved, admired, or sometimes loathed and playing with it. Making it fun.

Rules are introduced to give the art structure, to safeguard against potential problems that might spoil the fun for others.

But art is not always structured.

And fun is not always safe.

The fact that your mun feels the ache and sting of each judgment proves that you are very important to her for one reason or another. And that alone should be proof enough that she IS cut out for these games. Because to really write you have to care. You have to have love for the characters and the art.

Personally? I don't care for too many rules. It 's more of a challenge then an invitation. But surrendering because of their opinions and finicky attitude won't hurt them. It will only hurt your mun.

Her pride. Her motivation. Her spirit.

And that, of course is where you come in hero. She needs you now. Think you're up for the challenge?

Yeah, Ben did mention you by name while he was stuck in my dimension for a while. Then a couple of muns playing both you and Ben found their way into the game where I've been for the last few years. It's just a little weird mentioning other versions of people, which is why I didn't bring that part up right away.

It's fine, I already know about the whole multiverse thing.

[She places a hand on her side and leans back just a little.]

Oh - and incase Ben didn't do it whilst he wound up in your world let me apologize for his bigheadedness, It's an ongoing thing with him.

Judging from how he reacted to no one recognizing him at all, I kinda figured.

Ben aside, though, what are you hoping your mun will do with you? Obviously it's not been much so far, but if you had a real choice in the matter...?

Ugh, I don't know. There's too many games and so many choices. I wouldn't be lying if I said I didn't want to be sent to at least one of these games.

...That Digimon world does sound awfully tempting.

I think I know which one you're talking about. My mun's got friends there.

But just on numbers and choices, guess it's just a matter of what's important to you and your mun. Theme, castmates and stuff like that. Oh! And you and your mun could always hit up those test drive meme things if you're not sure if a game is good for either of you.

I can see why you and Ben could make a good team. Did he ever offer you a Plumber's badge at all? Not that it would work in betwene universes or anything but hey, stranger things have happened.

He didn't, no. Lack of alien activity on my version of Earth aside, it still would've been pretty cool to have. You know, just to remember our awesome team-up.

It means I can manipulate mana and stuff. It's a little like magic.

[He'll refrain from mentioning Sunny was involved because if there's one thing he DOES remember clearly, it's that Gwen had issues with her.]

I'll still take you up on a powers demonstration, though.

[Returning the smile, or is a smirk? Either way, she's happy to see him too.]

[And a power demonstration you shall have, Rex. She's just gonna get all pink and glowy for a sec before she summons up a pink platform and hops onto it. She then proceeds to fly around a little and eventually come back down to earth.]

Not as nearly as impressive being able to transform into a bunch of different aliens, but still pretty high up there on the rector scale for coolness.

Yeah, yeah, I know.

...Still, you really think I'm lazy? Just because intergalactic tech trading isn't a nine-to-five paycheck doesn't mean I'm not a hard-working entrepreneur.

Okay, maybe not that lazy.

Though I still argue you could find much better work.
