I suppose you think this is all a game, don't you? A cheap thrill. I highly disapprove of your methods. You're just sitting around when there are things to be done. I can't possibly bear the thought of sitting here sipping one more cup of tea whilst waiting for you to get your act together. Oh and those memes you keep tossing me in are no laughing matter either. I'm no pawn to be shuffled about. You tamper with forces beyond your scope of control.

I don't think your mun much cares about the warnings. Or, maybe that is just mine. I've told her that walking my life won't do her much good. What a fat lot of good that did, she doesn't even listen.

Have you ever thought of just ignoring her? Maybe go on holiday? Either way, let me know how it turns out. I'm always up for learning new tricks when it involves the muns.

I wouldn't recommend them. Mostly they're meant to ramp up my emotions, loosen the control I wield over myself. My mun enjoys those 'type' of memes.

There are other ways to access such a reaction. Emotional responses such as loss, pain, desolation.

I make a point of avoiding taking lovers. It never ends well.

So then. Emotionsl triggers most likely due to trauma. I can't deny they I have a few of those skeletons hiding in my closet. [ And as long ss she doesn't read him to find out about them? He's fine. ]

Now then, a one night pary and a lover are different. Still! You do get points for resisting temptation.

A meaningless fling can fall below the radar, but rarely. Imagine having a great black beast breathing down your neck at all times. Just waiting for a chance, not to rip you to shreds, but to devour the whole of mankind.

Miss Ives. You are talking to a man who has a one way ticket to Hell when he dies. I think I know a thing or two about the beast breathing down necks. Not to mention this Rising Darkness is making all the scurrying bastards crawl from their little refuges.

My inner demons are quite literally real, Mr. Constantine. Prayer and vigorous control is necessary to keep that dark beast from rising to the surface.

That's what the ones up on high call it. Apparently there is something about down in Hell that is ready to pop. Everything that is already bad is being made worse. And they want yours truly to lend a helping hand.
