[Truth be told, he's regretting not killing Cid long ago. At the very least Cid wouldn't have made that raft and Celes would've died alone on that island. Considering that Kefka's mun is currently pulling him from mid-Dissidia (having Chaos called him just after getting curb-stomped by the gang), he's not all too upset about losing that one.]
