I don't know why I bother being surprised after being told it's a universal mun-thing.

Yeah, we have pretty bad luck in that regard. I actually wanted to be in a game before I realized she just wanted to throw me in no-win situations.

I'm not entirely certain which one I prefer. Knowing before hand gives you the opportunity to potentially make any sort of counter plans, but on the other hand you don't have any time to look past the negative that comes with thoughts like those.

Yeah, pretty much. The first one is basically just some weird reboot of all the things I already go through back home. Crazy corporation strands you, cuts you off from everything, and tries to kill you. Welcome to every day of my life for as long as I can remember.
