It's bad enough you've got a younger version of me there, but I have a wife and children that I can't just abandon, not to mention the complete disruption to my work. There's a reason department Heads don't just go off on jaunts whenever they want - and my trip to Paris with Audrey doesn't count as a jaunt, so don't act as though it does. That was a business trip, and she was gracious enough to accompany me.

I understand it's only for a weekend, but please do keep in mind that a weekend is more than long enough for a crisis to break out, and if I'm not there, Merlin knows what might happen.
