While I'm flattered that you're considering taking me on and putting me among those I recognize, I do wonder how you will adapt me to a place. Superpowers? That almost sounds like nonsense.

But if that's what it calls for, I suppose I can't argue much against it. Now I guess we'll see if this is indeed a very wise choice or a very poor one.

Not in particular. I just find predictability can become very boring. World-weariness is only attractive when you're a teenager; once you become old enough to feel that way, it loses all appeal.
