It's a lovely old place, albeit a bit worn by being abandoned, and it's quite peaceful during the day, usually.

[How bad indeed...He's not so much replying with an actual "verbal" response - if it'd been out loud it probably would've involved cringing, a few attempts at speech, and hand gestures; instead it's a string of images and bits of memory. Screaming on one of the tapes, the subtly dead phantom of his wife at the ballroom that even felt like her, and the medical labs in the basement with G, stitched up, hooked up to tubes, and with a very obviously new and unneeded prosthetic. Oh, and the burned ghost, and the pervasive sense of wrong, hostility, danger, and something warped that filled the place. Telepath he wasn't, but the Intuition still wasn't fun to have there...]
