I'm from a small kingdom, rather a expansive village. Everyone knows one another...though I haven't been home in sometime.....I hope my father is doing well.

Tell me, what us it like in Storybrooke?

A parent always worried for a child, I can tell you that as a mother. What kept you from home?

[ ah, Storybrooke. Her own little playground, well. ]

It is a small town. Everyone knows everyone, just like your village.

[It takes Belle a moment to answer. Her mind went form recalling the answer to remember what it was like living with Rumpelstiltskin.]

I left home to save it, in a way. [Making that deal stopped the Orge Wars and saved her people. No more bloodshed, no more lives lost.] My father was not pleased with my decision, but it had to be done.

[A small pause, trying to push other memories away.]

A close knit community, then?

[disheartening]

You're a brave one, dear, to do that despite of everything.

[ and there comes that smile again. ]

Indeed, I am very fond of it.

I wasn't brave. [She'll be the first one to admit it.] I wanted to be brave and right there was the chance. I didn't think I would be, but bravely follows brave acts.

[That smile...it doesn't really sit well with Belle for one reason or another.]

You said you are a parent, won't you miss your family if you leave Stroybrooke?

I'll miss Henry more than anything.

[ and perhaps this is not really a lie. ]

Then...ask your Mundane to stay. Being without a mother...it can take it's toll on a child.

My mundane promised me that time will stop and when I'll return it will be as if I never left. He won't feel my absence.

[ and if he will, she convinces herself he would care and not just go with sheriff Swan. ]

Can you be so sure of that? Children have a way of knowing when something bad will happen.

She promised, I have little choice but to do my best to believe her.

[There is something that shows something that's not too intimidating. Regina does have a strong presence and it could come across as...controlling...cold..and intimidating.]

And perhaps we'll meet there. Or even here in this place of sorts.
