So, it's time, right? I mean... A few weeks is all that's left before you can finally get back to all of us. I know you were thinking about retiring me, but I've gotta say, I thought you were smarter than that. I've been around more than anybody else! Did you really think you were gonna get rid of me so easily?

I don't care if it's been two years or ten! I'm not going anywhere!

... Xion. [Smile on his face says yes. This here Roxas has been through quite a lot, memory regain included.]

[ She hesitates, uncertain of what to say, and then a smile flickers across her face. She can't help it. ]

... you remember. It's so good to see you, Roxas. I hope your mun doesn't retire you. I haven't gotten to see you in ... a long time.

[Hearing her words, his eyes gain a sadness to them. He's as expressive as ever.]

Really? Why not? Am I not there where you are..?

[ She shakes her head slowly. ]

No. And it's been almost-- [ Xion pauses, considering. ] Actually... it's been over a year.

[ She steps forward to take one of his hands and give it a squeeze. Last time she did something like that it embarrassed him, but, well... she's missed him a lot. ]

So seeing you, when you know how I am... it makes me so happy.

Oh, really? You certainly seem to be up for another adventure.

Of course I am! I've never liked sitting around doing nothing. Don't you like getting out?

[His cheeks do heat up, but he's used to affection at this point. He looks happy about it, to be honest.]

I'm glad I can see you, too. Anywhere I've been, you've always been the hardest person to find...

And what about you? Finally done skirting around the spotlight, hot shot?

[ Oh! .... well, then she won't let to right away. Instead she grins, swinging their linked hands a little. ]

That's funny. I thought you were the hard one to find! Hehe. Roxas, now that we're together again, we should get ice cream!

[MAGIC WORDS, RIGHT THERE.]

[ Xion beams and nods vigorously, bouncing a little on her toes. ] Of course I do! Silly. Why wouldn't I want to get ice cream together? Just like old times.

[He's way too excited to be healthy now. If it's been two years since he's been out of the headspace, it's been longer since he's gotten to have ice cream with his friends. He squeezes her hand.]

Alright, let's go!

[ facehands. ]
