To my dearest Mundane,

    I am equally flattered and flabbergasted by your decision to take me in as one of your creative muses! It is an honor, certainly, but.. well... I can see there being a few problems with this. I’ve made a list, in fact! Allow me to expand on the most glaring issues.

Number one: The lack of content. It’s been a few years since you’ve had a chance to watch my source material, yes? And the mouse in charge has taken down every single episode from the internet… and yet provided no alternative means of watching it! That’s a pretty big problem! My voice may be striking and full of charisma, but it’s certainly not enough to work off of by itself. Either we find those episodes, somehow… or we’re a no-go, I’m afraid!

Two- Where am I supposed to go? You don’t have time! You have two muses in games already- and a very important academic career to attend to! As the great Wolfgang von Goethe once said, “Things which matter most must never be at the mercy of things which matter least.”

There's more, but.. those are my main concerns. To put it simply, I think we’ve found each other  at a bad time! Perhaps we’ll have some more luck in the future.

Yes, exactly! If only more people could get their priorities organized.. the world would surely be a better- not to mention more productive- place!

Mm. Not any time soon, I'd imagine! Y'see, without the episodes on hand, the ol' mundane is kinda driving blind! Not enough that I don't have my voice, of course, but it IS distressing to not remember major events in my life! [He remembers the start of 4th grade and the end of it. Everything else is a bit blurry.]

So what sort of places is your mun considering? You know.. just on the off chance that I see the light of day again.

It's a uh....summer camp, I think? Apparently for the children of gods and goddesses.

It sounds interesting enough, at the very least. I guess someone who's familiar with mythology would really like it there.

You got most of them, actually! There are Greek, Roman, Norse, and Egyptian.

No Chinese though.

Ahh! That sounds too good to be true! All the charm and youthful comradery of a summer camp, but all the daring heroism and divine majesty of great mythology!
If you want my advice, I'd say you should go there!

Gosh, that first one doesn't seem fair at all! Especially 'cause my mun said there isn't even a way to buy your show...
But she's also really good at finding stuff like that, so don't worry! I bet she'll help yours find it, 'cause she says she really wants to watch it too!

Oh, would if I could! The possibility of being a child of Athena is as tempting as a siren's song! But.. aforementioned issues aside, I... Eheh, there might be some slight problems in my... backstory? It's not that big of a deal, just a few kinks to work out...

[Would he be an actual boy in this AU? Or could he be a dog with god parentage on one side? Some of the gods could transform into animals, right? More importantly, would that make him a demidog?]

Er! On a slightly different note! Which cabin would you be thinking of staying in?

[He actually gapes for a second. Now that he gets a good look at him, yes, those red wings do seem incredibly lifelike! He doubts they would be able to hold the lanky boy up, just considering their size and the laws of physics... But then again, he's apparently dealing with the supernatural here!]

Really? A holy being, cast out of heaven? That kind of fallen angel? You could have fooled me! I thought you were a business-casual Halloween costume that came a month late.

[He chuckles and waves his hand in a flustered dismissal.] Oh my, you flatter me! It's good to know that good taste still lives!

Eek, yeah.. it sounds like that would definitely make matters more confusing for you!

Oh- I think I'd stay in the cabin for Athena kids myself, actually!

Um, I guess so! I chose to leave Joyville, if that's what you mean. But it wasn't all that heavenly... it was kind of boring, really! Besides, I missed my friends...

Well, sort of... but it's not that bad! My mun's more worried it'll confuse somebody else, but I don't think she needs to worry about it! I think she did a good job explaining everything!

But not just the paranormal. More along the lines of....the unidentified and the unexplained mysteries that not many people really talk about.

Confusing? I wouldn't say so. Shocking, yes, but not impossible to wrap your head around. You're just- well, probably not what most people would expect of a "fallen angel"!

But who am I to argue with the real deal? Besides, it's only natural to expect that an ancient manuscript, passed down through countless generations and language barriers, wouldn't be 100% accurate!
